The Regulated Access Council is a nonprofit Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) dedicated to establishing and enforcing operator-level standards for regulated adult access to hemp-derived cannabinoids. We provide the governance infrastructure necessary for Congress and regulators to create defensible laws, ensuring industry credibility and consumer safety.
